A house between the commons of Clapham and Wandsworth in London, turned from a dilapidated poorly laid out three bed house to a five bed with ensuite in most rooms . The house was extended at roof level to create a hip to gable dormer, at ground floor to create a full width single storey extension and to the side creating a two storey extension that replaced a lean too garage.

On site contract administration to completion and handover to the client.
