A large derelict house close to Peckham Rye was fully remodelled and extended to create expansive living spaces. The house was remodeled with a semi basement, new roof spaces and three storey rear extension. To enable column free ground floor areas the upper floors use brick slips to reduce weight and steel sizes. The highly glazed crittall window openings to the rear give long views over london skyline. The projects ambition was to create a flexible, ‘long-life, loose-fit’ building that could adapt to the changing needs of different family members.

On site contract administration to completion and handover to the client.
