A whole house renovation of an Edwardian house in Muswell Hill, North London. Spaces throughout the ground floor where opened out and enlarged to create a minimal living space onto the garden with a series of dramatic structural interventions.
With extensive use of birch ply through out , the loft area is fully lined with ply to make a warm Scandinavian inspired series of spaces, perfect for the client who have family connections with Denmark and a collection of Danish mid-century modern furniture.

Tender documentation including comprehensive drawings, schedules, specifications and contract information to get a detailed price from builders. On site contract administration to completion and handover to the client.
